My background includes training D1/D2 collegiate athletes, where I specialized in injury rehabilitation, strength and conditioning and sports performance. My expertise includes working with knee, shoulder, back, among other injuries, helping individuals regain strength, mobility, and confidence in their movement. However, my training is not just for athletes—whether you’re recovering from an injury, starting your fitness journey, or looking to build strength and improve overall well-being, I develop customized programs tailored to your specific needs. With experience in rugby, football, basketball, volleyball, track and field and American football, I understand the physical demands of sports, but I also know how to create sustainable fitness plans that work for everyday individuals who want to feel stronger, healthier, and more energized.
I have also worked extensively with business owners, investors, CEOs, and other similar positions designing high-impact, time-efficient training programs that fit into their demanding schedules.
